## One-line summary

The app **does not require registration, does not create any accounts, and does not collect data that

allows you to be identified**. The only data that leaves your device is the text of the

label you choose to analyze.

## What data is processed and what data is not

### The following data is not collected:

- Name, email address, phone number, or address

- Location

- Contacts, calendar, or any other device data

- Advertising identifiers (IDFA). **No advertising or tracking.**

- **Photos or video.** The camera processes the image in real time to recognize text, and no images are ever saved.

## The Camera

Camera permission is used **exclusively** to read text from tags using Apple's optical character recognition (VisionKit), which works **within

your iPhone**. No photos are taken, no images are saved, and no images leave the

device. You can revoke permission in iOS Settings. The app will continue to function with manual ingredient entry.

## Third Parties with whom information is shared

### OpenAI — ingredient analysis

When you tap "Analyze," the **text** of the ingredient list is sent to OpenAI's servers for analysis. No data that identifies you is sent:

no name, device identifier, or account information.

### RevenueCat — subscription management

Manages your subscription status using an anonymous identifier generated by the app. It does not receive personal data.

### Apple — payments

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information at any time.

Information is not shared with any other third party, nor is it sold to anyone.

## Where your data is stored

Your analysis history, weekly plan, and favorites are stored **only on your

iPhone**. We don't have our own server or a cloud backup managed by us.

This has two consequences you should be aware of:

- If iCloud backup is enabled, this data is included in it,

under Apple's privacy policies.

- **If you uninstall the app, it is permanently deleted.** We cannot

recover it because we never had it.

## How long it's kept

On your device, until you delete the history from Settings or uninstall the

app. The history stores a maximum of 200 analyses; the oldest ones are automatically deleted.

The text submitted to OpenAI is subject to its retention periods.

## Legal Basis (GDPR)

The text you send is processed to **execute the service you have requested** (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): analysis only occurs when you click "Analyze".

## Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to the processing of your data. Since **no personal data is stored on our own servers**:

- To **delete** everything: clear your history from Settings or uninstall the app.

You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been violated.

## Minors

The app is not directed at children under 14 years of age and does not knowingly collect their data.

## Health Data

The app **does not access the Apple Health app** or any medical data. The information you request or plan regarding food is general informational content and not a medical record.

## Changes

If this policy changes, it will be updated on this page, and the date in the header will be modified.
