Privacy Policy — Theory Test UK

## What we collect

**Your study data stays on your device.** Questions answered, mock exam results,

bookmarks, your streak and your test date are stored locally using Apple's

SwiftData framework. We do not have a server and we cannot see any of it.

**We do not collect your name, email address or location.** The app asks for

none of these and has no account system.

## Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements.

When you buy or restore a subscription, RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous

identifier and the transaction details Apple provides. It does not receive your

name, email address or payment details — Apple never shares those with us.

## Diagnostics

If you have opted into sharing analytics with app developers in your iOS

settings, Apple may send us aggregated, anonymised crash reports. These contain

no personal information and no study data.

## Your rights

Because your study data never leaves your device, you control it completely.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. "Reset progress" in the Stats tab clears your

answer history without removing the app.

the address below and we will help you exercise your rights under UK GDPR.

## Children

The app is intended for people preparing for a UK driving theory test, who must

be at least 17 (16 for some categories). It is not directed at children under 13.

## Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated and the revised policy is

published at this URL.
